Repetition is actually a learning tool. It helps to move a memory from short term to long term. Even the Bible includes repetition. How many times did Jesus ask Peter if he loved Him? Interestingly enough...3 times. Not to annoy Peter for doubting his answer, but to make sure Peter remember that because he loved Jesus, he should feed and care for His sheep.
sigh... I wish I was going for something deeper here by posting multiple times, but actually I switched over to blogger beta, and in my impatience kept hitting publish waiting for it to do something, not realizing it already had. I didn't check to see how it published because we were leaving for the city a few minutes later...OOPS
